APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING SCHEME
The main objectives of Apprenticeship training is to utilize the facilities available in the industry for imparting practical training with a view to meet the requirement of the skilled workers/ supervisors in the industries. The state Govt. is responsible for implement the scheme in their respective Deptt., under taking private sector establishment through their state. Apprenticeship Advisor. Assistant Apprenticeship Advisor (JR.) is authorized to assess the seats under Apprenticeship Act 1961 in the Govt. Department /Industries /Private Sector (Industrial Organization) on behalf of Assistant Apprenticeship Advisor /Principal of the Institute. The establishment under Apprenticeship Act, 1961, pays Stipend, During Apprenticeship Training period, stipend. Now the stipend to be paid by the establishment under Apprenticeship Act, 1961 is revised Vide:- F. NO. DGET –23(1) 2003 –AP Dated 28.3.07, NEW DELHI.

ADMISSION & EXAMINATION
Admissions are done twice every year in the month of March & September. The admission notice is given in leading news paper in the month of February & August.
